We always have positions open in our work force, currently we have these positions on our staff:
Manager
The Manager is completely accountable for all property operations. The manager assists in formulating annual budgets, makes certain all rents are collected and is responsible for obtaining daily bank deposits and for the accurate completion of all daily, weekly and monthly reports. The manager trains and supervises all on-site staff and is responsible for maximizing occupancy levels and protecting property values. Reports to Regional Property Supervisor.
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager assists the Manager in managing the apartment property. In the Manager's absence, the Assistant Manager performs all duties and responsibilities of the Manager. In addition, the Assistant Manager is directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received. Reports to Manager.
Leasing Consultant
The Leasing Consultant is the property's sales representative. The primary duty of the Leasing Consultant is to greet prospects, present the benefits of the property in a professional manner and secure properly executed leases from qualified persons. The Leasing Consultant is service oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable. The Leasing Consultant will contact someone in authority in any situation not included in his or her duties or responsibilities. Reports to Manager and Assistant Manager.
Maintenance Supervisor
Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community. This involves having a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Supervisor anticipates, identifies and corrects any and all problems involving the property and implements procedures to prevent such problems. Effective maintenance maintains a safe environment, assures resident satisfaction and protects the owner's investment. Reports to Manager.
Maintenance Assistant
The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the physical integrity of the property and providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents, visitors and staff. Maintenance Assistant carries out duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Manager. In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Assistant will assume all maintenance responsibilities. Reports to Manager.
Porter/Groundskeeper
Primary responsibilities of the Porter/Groundskeeper include upkeep of the property to enhance and maintain curb appeal. The Porter will assist the staff, as directed, in managing the property in an efficient manner. Reports to Manager.
Make-Ready Person
The Make-Ready Person insures that all vacated apartments are restored to "market ready" condition in coordination with the Manager and Maintenance Supervisor and the Manager's timetable. Duties are varied due to the required restoration a vacant unit may need to meet the standards set by the company prior to being released to the market for re-leasing. Reports to Manager.
On-Site Housekeeper
The Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep of each apartment to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper assists the rest of the staff in managing the property in a clean and efficient manner. Reports to Manager.
