Reserve your new apartment home today! Please complete the Reservation Form, submit the required reservation deposit and visit us within two business days (excluding holidays) to make formal application. It's that easy!

The $175.00 reservation deposit includes a $25.00 non-refundable administrative fee. If you complete the formal application process and are approved, we will apply your payment to the security deposit. Unapproved applications will be entitled to a refund of $150.00. Failure to make full application within two business days will void the reservation and your reservation deposit less the non-refundable administrative fee will be refunded to your credit card automatically.
