Your convenience is a priority for us. Making it easier for you to contact us is just another benefit of living in our apartment homes. Although you can always call or stop by the leasing office, you have the choice of e-mailing us with the following types of communications:

• Non-emergency maintenance requests
• Advance notice of deliveries you are expecting to the leasing office
• General questions about the common areas and recreation facilities
• Community kudos or concerns

Important reminders

All emergency maintenance issues should be reported immediately by calling the leasing office.

Move-out notifications must be submitted in writing as stated in your lease provisions. E-mail notifications are not considered valid or proper notice to vacate.
