Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Manager plays an integral role in providing support in all aspects of operations including leasing, budgeting and reporting, rent collection, customer service, maintenance and administrative oversight at their property. This position is for a passionate individual with a long-term career path of being a Property Manager.
Responsibilities
- • Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- • Attract and educate new tenants
- • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- • Supervise and train property staff
- • Enforce property and associations’ rules and regulations

Work Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday and weekends
