Groundskeeper
Do you love working with your hands and being outside? Do you like seeing flowers and shrubs live harmonious lives while bringing beauty to all that see it? Are you a stickler for the grass to be mowed evenly and directionally? If you answered yes, to all the above – then we are looking for you!
Responsibilities
- • Physically walking the community on a frequent basis and removing litter, debris and other items as needed from the grounds. Attention to detail is especially critical for the following areas and should be free of litter at all times:
- • Grass, flowers, and shrubs Recreation areas Sidewalks and walkways
- • Clean and rake shrub areas Use blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush Maintaining the lovely landscaping, plantings, and foliage that brings a smile to all Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager
- • While you are conducting your beautification projects we know you will work in accordance with our company policies, values, and morals.
Qualifications
- • Groundskeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
- • Driver’s License (Required)
